We are regularly audited by our accreditors, statutory organisations and Compliance Teams. We welcome any audits and these run side by side with our own internal audits and quality assurance checks. Below is a list of some of the organisations that we are accredited with:

TSA (Telecare Service Association)
CQC (Care Quality Commission)
CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme)

This means that all our policies are fully up to date in accordance with the guidelines set out by our accreditors.
